May I Return My Purchases?
Way Out West will accept your returns for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in as-new condition (all tags and packaging intact, unwashed and unworn).

Boots may be returned or exchanged only if the soles and leather are unscratched and show no evidence of wear. When trying on your boots, please walk only on carpet and be careful when removing the boots to insure that the leather does not become scratched.
